I ran my car on the dyno a few months back and I was able do the pulls myself. First 3 runs were all done in 4th gear (1:1 ratio) and I made 357whp, 355whp, and 355whp. For the 4th pull, I decided to put it in 3rd gear for the hell of it to see what it would make. It made 347whp and the power came on alot quicker and shorter obviously. So since the appropriate gear to dyno our cars is 4th, which is to get a good determination of the powerband, wouldnt leader gears put the car at a higher rpm range starting off, not allowing the full potential of the stock TT gearing to show the full powerband?Hope that makes any sense.
